She aims to empower others through coaching practices, focusing on your unique situations and strengths, and co-creating a plan that suits your needs.
Laurelann is a lifelong creative who understands the challenges of balancing time and energy to still do the things you love. She is also a professional leader who understands the challenges of working with and supporting peers and direct reports, and how to advocate for yourself.
